Technical Requirements

Pre-produced programs should be submitted on DVD-R Video Disc. DVD's should not have interactive menus and the first Title and Chapter on the Disc needs to be the program to be cablecast. If there are color bars and black at the beginning of the program, the Producer needs to note the length of lead in time before the program starts. All DVD discs, tapes and cases must be labeled and contain an accurate running length of the program.
